1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1. To request a refund, return or exchange of the product, contact us via e-mail: contact@lymphaticmassageperth.com with the subject: "Return, Refund or Exchange of Product".
1.2. Upon receiving your order, check that all products were delivered in their original packaging, properly sealed. If at the time of delivery of the order you notice any irregularity, such as damaged packaging or product, refuse it. If there is any irregularity upon receipt, such as damaged packaging and product, or delivery of a product that differs from the order, request an exchange within 24 hours of receipt.
1.3. In cases of regret or dissatisfaction with any product purchased on the site, the customer must make his return request within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product. After this date, we will be unable to accept the request. The costs for returning the product in case of regret are borne by the customer.
1.4. The customer can only exchange or return the product upon presentation of the respective invoice.
1.5. The product must be in perfect conditions of use and in its original packaging duly sealed, with the exception of products with manufacturing defects.
1.6. After the arrival of the product in our stocks, if it meets the specifications of our policy, a new product will be sent within 30 (thirty) consecutive days.
1.7. Exchanges depend on availability in our stock and our suppliers.
